Customers are responsible for properly preparing and placing collection carts for scheduled pickup.  Bins are property of Trash Pandas LKN, LLC and customers are responsible for losses and/or damages.

2. Billing and Payments

Customers agree to pay applicable service fees according to their selected billing arrangements. Payments may be processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Service fees, billing schedules, and cancellation terms are governed by the customer's applicable service agreement.

3. SMS Text Notifications

Trash Pandas LKN, LLC offers optional text messaging notifications to customers who affirmatively opt in through our website.

By opting in, customers consent to receive recurring automated informational text messages from Trash Pandas LKN, LLC, including:

• Trash and recycling pickup reminders

• Holiday collection schedule changes

• Weather-related delays and service interruptions
